AMC@PDX was engineered with efficiency in mind. The hangars are separated by a two-story, 65,000 square foot office structure with fire-rated walls, and containing shop space and parts storage areas. The office structure is heated and cooled by roof-mounted gas pack units and has access to the second floor by either elevator or interior stairwells. 

Convenient office space allows for efficient management of both hangars.
